Not only are we proud of our work, but we love seeing the happy smiles our patients show us after their procedure! Below are some before and after pictures of our happy patients and their new look.
This is a perfect example of how Drop Dead Gorgeous Dentures can make a dramatic difference in a smile. Notice the youthful smile line on the right in comparison to the unattractive negative smile line on the left. Restoring the “curves” to the incisal edges of the teeth takes years off a patients smile. The whiter teeth goes along with everyone who is whitening their teeth.
This fifty seven year old female had an upper denture which fit poorly requiring considerable adhesive and a lower partial which had been modified several times as teeth were extracted. The resultant partial lower denture fit poorly and was uncomfortable to wear. The patient wore it anyway because it was necessary for esthetic reasons which was worth the discomfort for the patient. We made a new modern upper denture (which no longer required adhesive to hold it in) and the patient decided to close the gap between her two front teeth which had been her trademark since her youth. We crowned her four remaining teeth and joined the together for strength. We fabricated a new partial lower denture which functioned comfortably with these crowns.
This patient had had her full upper and lower dentures for over ten years. The lower third of her face was collapsing because of the bone loss under her denture. We restored the dimension to the lower third of the face. We improved the esthetics in the process. We selected a more appropriate sized and shaped teeth for the new smile.
This eighty two year old had an upper partial denture that was cracked into two pieces. We made her a drop dead gorgeous denture on top. We were able to save four lower natural teeth on the lower arch for which we made a drop dead gorgeous partial denture.
This seventy year old female had worn this set of upper and lower full dentures for over fifteen years. They were yellow to begin with which was common in 1993. Now everyone has white teeth and so does this patient. Time wearing dentures has caused the typical “melting away” of the bone. This causes the lower third of the face to collapse somewhat. The way to counteract this is to design the new dentures so that we restore the lost dimension. This is referred to as “opening the bite.” This brings the lower third of the face back into proportion with the rest of the face. We are able to see more of the teeth afterwards.
Here we had a 65 year old male who had a lot of dental issues. We made him a modern upper denture, six lower crowns joined together and a new lower partial with bleached white teeth. A result which we are very pleased with.
This sixty eight year old super-glued his lower front teeth in to his other teeth. We fabricated fixed teeth for his lower front and then made drop dead gorgeous full upper denture and partial lower denture to give a more harmonious appearance.
This forty year old female did not like the crowns which were placed in another office. She whitened her teeth and then we made new all ceramic crowns for the two front teeth. Notice how we eliminated the square angular appearance with soft feminine curves and we were able to get rid of the darkness in the gum tissue.
This forty year old female did not like her smile. She did not like the dark, short and recessed tooth to the right of the front tooth. She did not like the crown on the upper right front tooth and she wanted whiter teeth. She whitened her teeth and then we designed new crowns on the upper left two front teeth to match.
This eighty two year old had an upper partial denture that was cracked into two pieces. We made her a drop dead gorgeous denture on top. We were able to save four lower natural teeth on the lower arch for which we made a drop dead gorgeous partial denture.
This fifty seven year old female wanted a better fitting and comfortable full upper denture and partial lower denture. The lower front teeth were joined together for stability. We decided to close the gap between the upper front teeth and make the teeth whiter in the process. The patient told us an interesting story after she had had the teeth for awhile. A teenager who worked with her was using the white strips to whiten his teeth. He asked her if she had whitened her teeth. She told him yes. He asked if it was done professionally and she said most definitely.
Here we had an attractive lady missing her two front teeth and many back teeth. She had a removable appliance that these two front teeth were placed so that when the appliance was out she had no front teeth. That is a difficult sight when you are cleaning your appliance and happen to look in the bathroom mirror and see yourself missing your front teeth. We placed a permanent restoration for those front teeth so she no longer sees herself without her front teeth. We fabricated a new removable appliance for the back teeth with no visible metal clasps. Once her husband saw her new smile he thought the investment was well worth it. When she came in for the “after treatment” visit she made sure she had on her lipstick so we could get the full affect.
This 39 year old did not like her dark front tooth. We placed two highly esthetic all ceramic crowns on her two front teeth to obtain maximum harmony.
This seventy-one year old lady did not like the arrangement nor the color discrepancies of her front teeth. She felt uncomfortable going any lighter in shade. She was happy with the contour of her gumline so we did not address that on purpose.
Here we have a forty nine year old female who felt her teeth aged her smile. We were able to correct that with all ceramic restorations on the upper front teeth.
This patient is fifty-five years old. She was not happy with her smile and was missing several teeth. You can see her tongue poking out of a space on the upper right of the before picture. She underwent orthodontics for a year and one half. Then she had five dental implants replacing missing back teeth. We placed porcelain to high noble metal crowns on the dental implants. We placed eight all ceramic crowns on her front teeth (four on top, four on the bottom.) The rest of the teeth were whitened with our power bleaching. Patient was fine leaving the crown on the upper left towards the back.
This sixty one year old Lady who broke her front tooth (upper left front tooth.) She had a high school reunion coming up which she wanted to look her best. We had already placed a temporary crown on the left front tooth for the before picture. We placed all ceramic crowns.
This eighty two year old lady had a bridge on her upper left side and remaining front teeth which were stained and chipped. We placed natural looking restorations with the proper shape and color.
This sixty year old Lady wanted to close her gap and balance out her smile. All ceramic restorations addressed her concerns.
This eighty one year old female had “corners” breaking off her teeth. She had oversized failing restorations with recurrent decay underneath. We restored the front teeth with porcelain to high noble metal restorations.
This 75 year old female wanted a more attractive smile. All ceramic crowns on her six upper front teeth were able to give the patient the smile she wanted.
When we started this 41 year old female had worn teeth with a gap between the front teeth she did not like as well as advanced gum disease. We did full mouth laser gum treatment and were able to save teeth she thought she was going to loose. They got healthy enough so that we were able to place attractive all ceramic restorations to her six front teeth.
This fifty something male had recently lost weight and wanted to complete his look with a better smile. His teeth had spacing issues, wear, discolored fillings, and crowns that did not match (with metal margins that showed.) We placed twelve all ceramic crowns which addressed all of the patient’s concerns.
This fifty something male wanted to restore his worn upper teeth. He also wanted whiter teeth. We added 1/3rd more to the length of the upper teeth and placed twelve all ceramic bright white crowns. The patient power bleached his lower teeth.
This forty something male was missing his left cuspid in the upper left picture. That is where the vacancy caused the remaining teeth to shift and created disharmony in the smile line which is emphasized by the dark space. The patient was concerned with what he felt was unnaturally white teeth so we placed nine white (not bright white) all ceramic crowns. The first bicuspid was shaped to replace the missing cuspid. The molar on the upper left in the above picture looks more yellow now and we have discussed using our bleaching system to whiten it. I will update the photo if we do.
This thirty something male had a discolored front tooth and spacing issues. We restored the six front teeth with bright white all ceramic crowns which addressed the spacing problem.
This forty something male’s upper teeth had many undesirable things going on. There were missing teeth, many discolored failing oversized fillings and arch disharmony from the size and position of the teeth. We placed bright white all ceramic crowns on the four front teeth and two three unit porcelain to high noble metal bridges to the left and right of those crowns to replace the missing teeth. The patient did some whitening on his lower teeth. Perhaps with more whitening the fillings will blend in better or we can replace them. Right now the patient is pleased with his improvement.
This sixty five year old male had an upper arch with an upper partial and a few hopeless teeth. The lower arch had six deteriorating natural teeth and a poorly fitting partial lower denture. We joined the six lower front teeth together with porcelain to high noble metal crowns and made a well fitting partial lower denture. We made one of our modern upper dentures. While we were at it we decided to use bleached white for the final shade.
This forty year old decided it was time to address his smile and overall oral health. The patient used our power bleaching procedure and then we crowned three teeth on the upper right. The patient says he can now smile again!
This fifty two year old man wanted his two front teeth to look more natural. We placed all ceramic restorations on his two front teeth.
This eighty plus senior wanted the smile that he was always so proud of in his youth back. There he is!
This sixty eight year old used superglue to hold in his lower front teeth. We fabricated a fixed appliance for his lower front teeth and then made a drop dead gorgeous upper denture and lower partial for a whiter and more harmonious appearance.
This fifty year old male wanted to be able to smile again. We restored his ten upper front teeth.
This 63 year old had a lower partial. It was bothering him so he put it in his shirt pocket. It fell out of his pocket but he did not realize that until he drove his car over it. We were able to restore his lower front teeth with bridgework that stays in all the time and we made a drop dead gorgeous upper denture. We were able to whiten his teeth for a more youthful look.
Here we have a forty five year old who is happy with his teeth. He wanted whiter teeth. This is the result of our power whitening.
Fifty year old male who wants a better smile. Power whitening and a highly esthetic all ceramic crown for the left front tooth. Nice result.
Sixty year old female before and after power whitening.
This forty year old female did not like the crowns which were placed in another office. She whitened her teeth and then we made new all ceramic crowns for the two front teeth. Notice how we eliminated the square angular appearance with soft feminine curves and we were able to get rid of the darkness in the gum tissue.
This patient only has four upper teeth, the two cuspids and a molar on each side in the back. In the left picture the cuspids (pointed teeth) appear long then the four incisors. This created a negative smile line. The right picture on the right shows the more harmonious appearance after the new appliance.
